In the last 10 days I have had to call upon Heatwave for my mothers house. The first time, the heat went out and the serviceman came and found that the electronic board needed to be replaced. At 6:00 pm another worker had to go to the shop and open it up to try and find a matching board - they did. And drove straight out here where the both of them repaired the system.The second time I had them out to the house because I smelled burning wires and thought it was the HVAC system. They came out, did a full inspection and assured me it was not. Plus they did not charge me for the call. I later found that it was my mothers dishwasher.In both instances, with all three of the guys that came here, they were professional, courteous, and ensured I knew exactly what they were doing. This definitely is the company to call.

We have used them twice, once for a/c and once for the furnace. Both times they have come out they did so quickly, even late at night once. They were professional and worked until it was fixed.
